Worry for present and future college students

Nowadays college students are more free than ever, but how do they deal with this priviledge?
Yesterday one TV program described the living condition of present students, which arose my worry over them, most of them live out of the compuses, one example is that, 7 girls of the same dormitory as my nephew lived out with their boyfriends, 7/8 out, what a high percentage!
The things i pay attention to are not the love affair, but the questions of study, security, and so on.
first, living out with lovers is sure to affect the study. as we all know, those who love deeply in senior school often can not enter nominate university, some even can not enter any college, 4 years of college should be used mostly on study for future, not just love affair, most of the couples in the 4 years cannot build a family finally, as we all know.
second, security is another problem those college couples should face. the house they rent are small, and lack of equipment, because those students do not have too much money to rent a well-equipped department, so their lives may be in danger as described on the TV.
there are also too many factors we should pay attention to future college life, each of us will send out children to the college, so now it's time for us to sit down and find a solution for correctly leading the college young people now.
