Each one of Chinese is raising his level, and this is a common thing.
When I had my hair cut this afternoon, I found this point.
When the girl of the hair-dressing shop washed my hair, I told her that the skill of their shop was down and down eachday, lots of my friends have turned to other shops. She explained that each worker has his own opinion of beauty, so different workers will cut your hair into different styles.
And I asked why workers washing hair of customers changed so quickly, she answered me that, each one want to raise his own level, and upgrade to higher level, people should keep up-lifting.
Hearing this, I am a little touched by her, and her opinion towards life!
In China, workers washing hair may be of the lowest class, but they can have such opinions, so China has no reason to develop slowly!

What kind of promise leaders can give you?

It's a tradition that the leaders take a talk with the newcomers. Here is not an exception.
The topic I want to tell here is not what content the talk is, but what result we can get!
The result is: no result!
I knew the difficulties leaders face, so I just raised two problems the leader can solve, and left the meeting room, ended the talk!
One is the supplimentary of lunch, the other is the lost mail of mine. And I felt I am too private, because I have not mentioned any question we all face, such as the research system.

The difference between people and animals is people can think, animals cannot!
Corresponding to present situations, I got some ideas:
1 The reason for my throat to be not comfortable: Since two weeks before, I have greatly reduced the volume of cigarette I take, but I still find my throat uncomfortable, and last night I got the reason: playing poke late into night, some times 4 o'clock of the next day's morning, made my throat lack of water, more harmful than cigarette!
2 Book markets updates too slowly: My habit is going to bookstore to read new book, and finding electronic edition on the internet, without money, I have to take this way. This afternoon, I went to the nearest bookstore, I found no new book, and this is perhaps because I read book too fast, nowdays I read book quickly according to the design I got when I picked up the book.
3 Playing badminton is still sticked,and is doing good to my health and wise.

1 Marry someone from a higher class or whose family is rich, take advantage of the money or social position to live a comfortable life! Most girls finding a husband who is rich own such ideas.
2 Marry someone richer, and find the reason or cause for them to become rich, improve yourselves, I think this way may be a wiser way. If you do this, you do not rely on the rich of family of your wife or husband, you do not eat "soft food"; and you rely on yourself, so they respect you, and dare not look down upon you!
Through the analysis, we can see that, if you want to improve yourself more quickly, finding the other half from a higher social class is of no acuse, and I think you can control yourself, catch each chance to improve yourself, and realize your life dream!
So, go and find the other half from a richer family or a higher class!

Ten minutes' speech in class for new teachers

Some thing is necessary for one to exprience.
Since you have to face it, why do not face it with positive and active willing?
This afternoon I made a speech on the class, the title is "Analysis on Basics of Teaching", which is composed of materials depicted from the internet, of course, I have composed it carefully, and read thoroughly, then revised it according to my own idea!
Holding confidence is very useful and key to a successful speech!
Keeping the normal inside ideas and opinions, I described my opinion calmly, and used some humor during the delivering process, and this point has made the environment comfortable to make a speech and communicate.
But there are still some shortcomings I should pay attention to, such as I was a little nervous, this made me forget some points and even some paragraphs.
This may be the first speech since graduation, and I wish this practice can help me improve fastly in the future!

Book:Leaving HP with smile

From “In search of excellence” to "Leaving HP With Smile", the ways of HP are described and explained in detail.
From yesterday to this afternoon, I finished reading the second book: Leaving HP With Smile, a book describing deep and complex theories with easy and simple words.
Both these two books are worth to be read repeatedly.
From the second book, I learned some below points:
1 Medium class is not people who has lots of money,but those who can think by themselves over problems facing them;
2 Enterprise should have objects and directions, a person is the same;
3 Most of things should have their own way to be implemented,they should not be done according to your own guess;
4 Keep stable management, do not develop too quickly and too slowly;
I agree to most of the opinions of the author, Gao Jianhua, whether on personal development or enterprise management.
As a person, we should try to be useful to our earth and the people. If you spend too much time on poker,surfing the internet and chatting, you cannot have time to read book,to think and work!

Book to be read: The Green Mile by Stephen King

Since Orphan Pamuk won the Nobel Prize for literature, I read the book review and listing in the NewYork Times.
The result is I find this book: The Green Mile, one of the best-sellers.
This afternoon I do not have anything to do because no class is holden, and I wandered to my office to do my own things, on the road, I found the little bookstore, which has this book,10yuan, so cheap, so I bought it, for my leasure time in these days in the training class.

Listening to speech of the education professional

If you want to be a teacher, you may be a graduate from the normal university or insitute.
If you are a graduate of common insitute or a accumulative university, you will lack the knowledge to be a teacher.
Since teaching is a career that will affect many people for the time of one whole life, so you must be careful and manage to get training on education.
Now I am attending such a training class which will last about one month!
Some teachers for this class are good enough to teach our teachers, some are not, but they successfully provided us a wrong model or a lesson, and let me know what are bad habits of teaching students.
This afternoon Prof. Chen Xiaoduan of Shann'xi Normal University(SNU) came to give us a class on "Effective teaching with worldwide views"(I can not remember clearly since I take no note at the meeting), in the class he displayed his knowledge in his profession, how to attract students, what kind of teaching methods you can select, from the class I can see that he is a master in his own profession, after years of research on education, he gets a continuous and logical thinking way, and a clear tone, and a calm attitude with the head running fast all the time!
Frome the speech, I learned several points below:
1 You can choose to be a scholar teacher, or profession teacher, or learning teacher, in my mind, I want to be a teacher of scholar and research, without knowledge of your field, how can you teach your students and intrigue their full interests?
2 Keep a clear tone: each word spelled out from your mouth should be clear, the speaking speed need not to be fast, just medium and proper to let students get you.
3 Focus your eyelight on your students. Your cannot read your powerpoint as long as five minutes, otherwise the audience will turn attention and do some other things unrelative to the present topic.
4 Five kinds of abilities should be cultivated, not the old four, they are respectively listeing, speaking,reading, writing and doing. Each kind of ability is useful and important to you, as a teacher!
In the medium relax time, I told Prof. Chen that I admired him that he has made such deep research in the field of education, and if we want to master or learn something from his speech, we should apply his introduction to our real teaching practice, and repeatedly thinking over and practising them!
I am very luchy to meet such "cowman" professor in this training class which I had not wanted to take part in, now I change my mind, I love this class!

iPod virus reported

The ipod corporation has sold the music equipment to a hot point, and at the same time, lots of other attchments to ipod have been invented, such as all kinds of T-shirts!
The thing I want to talk about here is not how excellent Apple's product is, I want to know why such a powerful and famous company cannot deal with pulic relations well!
Some ipod contain viruses, those viruses are from one computer operating a windows system on the product line, this may be the fact, but the Apples.inc cannot move all the fault to Microsoft's software, may be the Apple. inc want the customers to go to Microsoft to ask for a solution!
A large corporation with high technology, and giant product line, should have the courage to shoulder all the possible issues and problems, not just declare issues as others' fault, this is not the action of an old famous corporation!
Apple, stand up bravely, bear the responsibility without any excuse!

Be far from bet, this sentence is depicted from slogan of drugs.
Yesterday I played poker with several of my friends, and they suggested to play with money, at first I did not agree, but last, without choice,I agreed.
But I soon found this is a fault, I should not take in the bet!
I felt sorry, for several ten years, my parents teach me that do not bet money, I felt I have no face to face my parents!
So I make a decision here:No bet anymore!

What is a good book? What does it like?
"ShengWeiShuJi" is a such one, the "Head of one province" is the name I give it!
This book meets the requirement of being a government clerk of Chinese people, since for thousands of years people want so! Being a government officer is the first choice of all the people over the country, the social class before is "Officer-peasant-worker-merchant", from this you can see that how hot it is to be a government officer in China.
Now, my idea is that we should discard the hot idea of being a government officer, just be happy person. and at the same time, we must live in the dormitory of the class, where the bed is not suit for sleeping.
additionally, I am strucked by the noodle eaten in the Three Qin noodle restaurant, I blowed out all the food I had eaten today, life is terrible!

Be a researcher,not just a teacher

Just a teacher who masters his lesson is not enough for college students.
If he wants to lead his students into the door of a field, he should make research!
In the four years college life, I have met lots of teachers, most of them left good impressions for me, but not at all. Some teachers, such as one who taught philosophy, one who taught mechanical drawing, they just knew how to read the book clearly! Nobody is willing to listen to him!
And now, after so many years of life of research, I find that if you have made research in one field more than five years, you can get some opinions of your own, and if you have studied one area for more than ten years, congradulations! you are a master now! You do not only have your own opinion, but also can do some thing great in the area!
This rule is suit not only to teacher, but also to business. If you have been a cook for more than ten years, I think you should have master the operation of one restaurant, and you must be able to be a chef, or you can open a restaurant of your own!

Opinions of the famous newspaper may affect the figure of one country!
From the "The New York Times" , we can except this result.
As the news of this newspaper "An Impossible Job"said, the U.N. is mainly setup for the political goal of U.S., and the U.N. cannot succeed without support of the U.S., and in the past some actions of the U.S. have damaged its relation with the U.S., some depictions have been listed below:
"The United Nations is an essential organization for promoting American foreign policy goals and for achieving a fairer and more peaceful world. Yet the past few years have done serious damage."

This book can provide, it is "The seven habits of highly effective people".
If you want to make a harmony environment around you, if you want to manage yourself effectively, and if you want to make you calm before so many things, you should read this book for advise!
But unfortunately, the Chinese edition of this book is not good or easy to read and understand, if you have a good level of English I adivse you to read the original English edition.
Personal feelings towards this book maybe not proper to be written down here, but the advise of reading can be recorded!

The first day of class for new teachers

Today is a bright day! The sun is hot, and not too many clouds lie in the sky!
At 9 o'clock in the morning, the class for new teachers opened, the ceremony was started.
Although I do not want to stay here, I want to have the ability of being a teacher, to master how to delivery a speech, and I think that many years later, I will go back to university to teach my reserach and ideas!

I do not want to write a book simply comparing two different things, I just want to tell people we can improve ourselves by comparison.
Pursuing a girl is much like doing a business!
First, when you pursue a girl, you should try your best to get to your own object: get her to be your girlfriend or even wife; and when you do business, you either have to try your best to make customers to buy your goods, or make your workers willing to work for you!
Second, both pursuing a girl and doing business face one problem of challenges. When you are pursuing a girl, you should display better than other boys, your merits must be able to interest your girl's eyebow; and when you are doing business, you should make goods better than those of those companies that sell the same thing, you should be outstanding in products and services.

This is one sentence in the book "Big Dog".
From the comments on douban, we can see that most of people agree with the ability of telling story of the author who is also a journalist, and think the book is something not so serious.
Whether you believe his analysis or not, the author gives a nearly complete comparison between rich people and animals, from action, characteristics, to place they live in, all seem to be reasonable!
And on the another side, the author has succeeded finding a peculiar eyesight of how to be rich, and this is one question most people of our society want to know!
One thing is finding a question, and manage to give your own analysis and answer!

I have the habit of reading top news of CNN everyday, and compare it with other news sites to get my own opinion or impression.
I have seen this picture for a long time, since long time ago, it has been there on the website.
First I do not pay attention to it, I just think that it is telling people that China is developing quickly, and all the global can see the quick steps.
This morning, I do not have much thing to do, so I just want to deploy the meaning of this picture.
This picture is associated with the main site of CNN, but it is marked as an ad, I wonder whether CNN want to use this picture to interest people, but I then changed my opinion.
Then what on earth does this picture want to tell everyday on the first page of CNN website?

Starbucks is a great company of same-stores, though its coffee is not so delicious

In the after-hours trading, its shares rose 5 percent, which is about $1.5.
This made me remember that in foreign countries especially in U.S, the law on stock exchange is nearly complete, and is still being improved.
If you buy the stocks of those markets, you are sure to get the profits.
But now in China, who are buying shares and hold and wait for the profits of companies? who dares?
Unmature law is the greatest bar or difficulty for the development of stock exchange market!

Life is without surprise

Life is smooth, days go on and on without any stop, no surprise or happiness happen in these days.
Calling friends, playing poke, and dining out, are all what I can do in the holidays. Although, I want to find a different lifestyle.
Life is not always walk on along the direction you expect, you should cultive your own hobby, such as playing badminton or reading books of me, take advantage of your hobby, fulfill your timetable, do not let you have nothing to do at anytime.
The society is running towards its own direction, and we have our own. There are little femal students being shot in the U.S, scientists found that premature pregnancy can bring high death rate of infants, all these things happened naturally, we pay attention to them, find a satisfatory answer for us, and then go on to live our own lives, day by day!

In the past year, I nearly watched the program of CCTV-10 every noon, until I do not own a TV anymore.
Lots of researchers have explained their research result in the program. Some are interesting, for example, the explanation of "XiXiang Ji" and "YingYingZhuan",some display the knowledge they owned of history.
Of course not all speakers have nothing to be commented on. Such as Yizhongtian, a speaker on Three-Country, his many opinions do not agree with some people, he has listed lots of facts to testify that Liubei is a hero, but he failed, no one can get the conclusion with his facts listed. But at most times, his speech is interesting at all, when compared with that of Liu Xinwu.\
Liu Xinwu, a modern writer, can not endure having nothing to do and being unknown anymore, come out and display his study on "HongLouMeng"(Dream of Red Building). Each time he wanted to persuade you to believe his conclusion, he said that"If you now do not believe me, you do not hurry, just calm down, and you will be persuaded in latter examples", but after I have finished watching his speech, I did not believe his research to be scientific, I just changed the before impression of him to someone who is famous for one novel, but now I do not think he can be careful on research, who does not base his research on reality.
If you cannot persuade others to believe the truth of your research, you'd better not go to CCTV-10 to make a speech!
This is not the action of a famous public person!

Another novel: Come and Go

Actually, I do not know the correct translation of novel "LaiLaiWangWang"'s title.
I just read it through the night, which caused my eyes to be red this morning.
When reading, I found that you can get different comments when you are reading the same book at different times or periods.
One's past experience is sure to greatly affect the feeling towards one book.
Several years ago, about 6 years or more, I read novels of ChiLi, a modern female writer, I only felt the heart of a medium-age woman who lives an unhappy life when her husband do not love her anymore. And I knew that ChiLi is using a neat eye of woman to watch the present society and varieties of people around us!
But in recent years, when I was pursuing the Dr. degree, I found the importance of writing papers, so I spent lots of time on reading good papers, analyzing them, and writing comments.
So compared with before, reading book is in another level now!
Beautiful language, neat feelings, and reflection of the social behaviours, these are all things that can make me to think, study, and write!
