Opinion may affect the positive figure of U.S

Opinions of the famous newspaper may affect the figure of one country!
From the "The New York Times" , we can except this result.
As the news of this newspaper "An Impossible Job"said, the U.N. is mainly setup for the political goal of U.S., and the U.N. cannot succeed without support of the U.S., and in the past some actions of the U.S. have damaged its relation with the U.S., some depictions have been listed below:
"The United Nations is an essential organization for promoting American foreign policy goals and for achieving a fairer and more peaceful world. Yet the past few years have done serious damage."
"The next secretary general cannot succeed without Washington’s active cooperation".
I think that, as a know newpaper, it should keep calm and speak properly!
