China is a magnificent place to produce genius.
May be the girl has become idol of lots of Chinese college students who want to go to internation companies.
But the key for her success lies in diligence, as in my view.
Her diligence first comes out in her childhood, she likes to think over things. This may be something of the brightness, but it is also mainly coming out from one's diligence.
And she learns knowledge of math and computer when she is very young, so she made a good base for future development.
And in the college, she wrote books, participated in large projects, all these are showing that she is very diligent!
So if you want to succeed, I think that you should be diligent first.
