This sentence is a truth. From the present situation in India we can see this point.
First, Google digged away the high-positio executive of Yahoo at India, then the executive digged from one company by the Future Corp. is digged away soon.
In fields of retailment, monetary market and engineering, peak talents have always been lacked, so nowadays capturing of talents makes the talent bank nearly dry!
With the exploding development of multinational corporations, talents will become more and more lack in comparison, and such situation will continue about more than 2-5 years.
What should we think over this problem? This is one key question facing us, and brings us higher requirement for cultivating talents.
