Soho without salary

The work is not attractive, those leaders have different ideas with wise leaders.
So I do not want to go to the offfice, instead I stay at home each day.
With the internet, I read books, surf the net, programme, all the situation seems to e the work of a soho.
But what want to say that those sohoes have salary, when I stay at home, at present no salary can be gained, I just do something I like at home.
