Why do we not have PC-to-phone service?

Hearing the news of PC-to-phone services of Lycos on the AP, i want to know the reason for china's people not being able to use such service. Until now, there are many companies providing this service, such as Google's talk, Yahoo's messager, eBay's Skype, Voipdiscount's pc-to-phone, and so on, but in china we still pay the same fee as in western countries while we have a much lower income. and sometimes we pay more than people of the western countries, such as calling from America is much cheaper than that from china mainland to American!
About the reason for china's present condition without PC-to-phone service, i have some thoughts, and want to stress the most important reasons.
first, China Telecommunication company is something of monopolization, it does not want the net service to share its profit, so with the priviledge in its hand, it forbids PC-to-phone service as long as it can;
second, the government uses the security as an excuse, and forbids the entering of foreign companies and modern net services.
from the above, we can see that we should not take the service of Ching telecommunication just because it is the company of our company, we should make it to reform!

Low grade officers do not work well

This morning when i want to log into Google to use my gmail, i find it is blocked and i cannot open the webpage, so i ask others the reason, they give me the answer: the net administrator blocked the visit to website of google, how fool the administrator is! He thinks blocking can help prevent people visiting google, but he does not know we have many ways to visit google.
i think this is not what the government leaders want to do, this is just the foolish personal action of the administrator, the action is wrong, and such people forbid anything that he is afraid of!
this matter lets me think of the story of LI'ao, in 2005 he wanted to visit Lv Zhengcao, a famous general of china, but he refused by the assistants of General Lv, this refusion is not the real idea of the General, this point is displayed by Lv' daughter later.
Those people who have the priviledge to forbid things they are afraid of do not have the future in China's politics, they are harmful to PRC's future because they block the way of reform!

Oil price is rasied

Yesterday, development and reform department of china announced that the oil price is raised from the day, and some disvantaged communities and public service sectors will be given allowance for the rise.
so one question i have is that in china our income is far more less than that of the Western countries, but we buy things with the same price, does this impartial?

About Ding Junhui

Billiards, one of the most favorite sports of mine, needs technique, control, confidence and enough physical force.
yesterday i watched the match between Geor Wellis(May be write, not clear) and Ding Junhui, their places in the world are respectively 28 and 26, all are good players.
but the most point i want to mention is that Dingjunhui is good at both protect and attack, but Wellis is only good at attack, this difference leads to the final failure of him.
Ding Junhui's playing is more and more mature, since he is only 19, the future is sure to be brightful.

I want to try doing business

This morning i went to surf the internet, and explored the info of radar and jammer. I want to find the latest development of radar and jammer product, because of the distance between techniques of china and foreign, i think that buy a new type of radar or jammer may help the engineers a lot, and may lead to a larger improvement of present china techniques, so i want to be a representative of radar and jammer. of course, one reason is that i have studied ECM for more than 4 years, i think i have some knowledge to sell the jammer!

When can I enter the stock market of China

Ysteterday i read one book on Barfett, the famous investor who is famous for holding a stock for a long time. in that book, the reason of Barfett's not entering China's stock market is mentioned, it is simple, Barfett cannot see the China's stock market clearly, no company shares their profit,no company gives the correct and precise financial report, so he is hesitate to invest in china's stock market, the largest effort he paid is to buy the stock of China's oil in the Amercian market, so i wonder whether there is any chance for me to enter this market which seems to be a dark night reflecting no useful information and hope.

Give me those free tickets

This morning when the worker sent my office a bottle of pure water, i found that they didn't bring me the additional tickets which is free of charge, so i asked the worker to go back, and don't return until they agree to give us those free tickets. he asked me to call his boss, but i said that i will never call it, as an old customer, i should have the priviledge to those tickets, so lastly, he called himself, and his boss agreed to bring us free tickets next time at once.
Through this little story, i think that you should be aware that each business should be cared about, because they all want to earn more, but your reponsiblity is to prevent them and protect your wallet.Little business reflects things for large business.

Finally, they charged me

This afternoon i received a SMS message which told me that more than $500 have been charged from my card, the feelings of me are not happy or unhappy, i just though that a long period of registration process reached the end. but now i still do not know whether my papers have been published in the proceedings, because as a student, i have no previlidge to use fax or telephone for abroad service! but i feel lucky to finish one deal, haha, it really like finishing a business or sale with foreigners!

ways of life

after graduation, i will face the issue of living at once, but what can i do? after reading the Ph.D, i wonder one future once again.
1 Research: find projects, and do whatever can bring me money! or continue my reasearch at present, but i do not like to stay there all day to write code, i like thinking and action!
2 Business: as my initial impulse, in my thirties, i will devote myself into business, and do what i like by myself, i think there must be an enjoyment of my life!

Book: The Way to Richness(Cai Dao)

Today i read a novel written by Ge hongbin, the book title is "The way to richness"(Cai Dao(chinese)), and i have something to say about this book:
the merits:
1 Mentions the latest matters happened in the market;
2 Transplantes some key ideas of Bafett;
3 Proposes to be kind to others and have a merciful heart;
but there are also shortcomings, such as:
1 The knowledge of the author on finance is still poor;
2 Some details had fell into the old traditions of traditional novels of such book, the actor has all the merits required to face danger, and is loved by all key useful women, which is impossible in reality;

I want to learn driving!

My boss is ill and now lies in the hospital, i do not have the courage to ask him to review my thesis, so i have to wish he will be healthy sooner, with not much things to do, i think maybe it's time for me to get a driving license, and i am spare recently, after working everyone maybe busy and has no time to learn driving. i will ask some friends to go with me, and upload all my experiences of learning driving here.

I like write things on the white paper with black pen

i like to write diary on this white paper, i do not like write blogs on papges with lots of figures of advisement, just like the usual time, i always put a piece paper before me, and write down whatever i think!
but i think that if google has a blog like this kind of web page, i will begin my blog on it! of course, now blogger.com cannot be visited by myself!

Finally i annoyed the Germany!

Over the registration for EUSAR, i wrote over 10 letters to the office of that conference, firstly, i sent the same letter to several addresses of the conference, and all of them who received the letters sent me message that they had re-sent my letter to corresponding officer, and asked me not to hesitate to ask them questions.
now, after 10 times of e-mail communications, they are annoyed that i have not registered successfully, and they finally sent me a letter to notify me that they will not write to me anymore, oh,i annoyed them, they said they do not want e-mail communications anymore!
perhaps my english is poor, but i find the depth of germanies, i had expected to write letters like the actor in the "Shawshark's redemption", but i think i have not get to my target!

about the movie "breakback mountain"

after reading the little novel named as "Breakback mountain", i accidently find that some of the chinese translations in the main land about this movie is not correct, because some translate the name as "breakarm mountain", so if you do not read the english book, you will not know the fault and follow the wrong translation, from here we know that reading the raw edition of material can help us know the truth. do not just hear others' comment!
