The day is cool, and my heart is also in such a state.
I have been xi'an for more than one week since July 22, but no achievement has been gotten about my work.
The last choice is going out to make research as a post-doctorate, and now i am waiting for decision from the leader of my college.
This is a chance for me to improve myself to be a brave man!
From another side this chance of finding job can also be seen as a chance of cultivating my shoulder to be hard enough to support the burden of one family, and even larger, such as a country. Whether this time i can succeed or not, i am satisfied with my action and the change of my heart!

I like the weather of Beijing
Waking up early with my nephew NaoNao, i looked out through the window, with height of 14 floors, most of the scenes of beijing city are covered, from here, you can see the high TV transmitter tower owned by CCTV.
You can think of people busily working in those large buildings, they wear white collar, with business bag in hand, discuss with lots of people in a large meeting room. This scene is the dream of mine for many years.
Now i look to the farest line of sky, and think over the future, though it is full of hope, it is also filled with things i don't know!
Tomorrow i will go to Xi'an, and i hope it to be a meaningful trip!

Hard to find a proper job
Long time no see!
I am now in Beijing, i am trying to get the expected job here.
It is hard to find anyone to help you now, they all avoid the topic when talking to you.
Though it is hard, i still have energy to stick to the achievement of the job!
And now, i am studying MPI in Beijing which may be the future job after going back to xi'an.

Win in China
Life without setting up one's own business is not complete!
Win in China program of CCTV-2 displayed something of start-ups to us, through the electing process i learned below things:
First aspect: how to find people: where will you go to find persons proper? in fact, at most times when you are going to establish your own business, you do not have the choice, you just are passive to accept;
Second aspect: How to find good project: perhaps this is the most important thing, with a creative idea, you can accumulate a team of people and devote to your business;
Third aspect: from the 108 winners, i find that people are all mature, each one has a good ability of delivering speech, no one is too young to be unmature, so from this point, i think mature is the most important thing

Worry for present and future college students
Nowadays college students are more free than ever, but how do they deal with this priviledge?
Yesterday one TV program described the living condition of present students, which arose my worry over them, most of them live out of the compuses, one example is that, 7 girls of the same dormitory as my nephew lived out with their boyfriends, 7/8 out, what a high percentage!
The things i pay attention to are not the love affair, but the questions of study, security, and so on.
first, living out with lovers is sure to affect the study. as we all know, those who love deeply in senior school often can not enter nominate university, some even can not enter any college, 4 years of college should be used mostly on study for future, not just love affair, most of the couples in the 4 years cannot build a family finally, as we all know.
second, security is another problem those college couples should face. the house they rent are small, and lack of equipment, because those students do not have too much money to rent a well-equipped department, so their lives may be in danger as described on the TV.
there are also too many factors we should pay attention to future college life, each of us will send out children to the college, so now it's time for us to sit down and find a solution for correctly leading the college young people now.

Chinese explanation of the result of match between France and Portugal
Chinese people can always find a way to explain those things that have happened: Germany in Chinese is “De Yi Zhi”, which means that Germany will fill the satisfaction of Italy, so in the world cup match, Italy defeated the Germany. In Chinese France is explained as “Fa Lan Xi”, which means that France will prevent the steps of Spanish, and in this time of world cup, France defeated the Spanish, which means that Spanish has been prevented by France. Some also said that the reason why France can defeat the Portugal is the color of the clothes, the white clothes can prevent or hold the red clothes, which mean water and fire differently; Some said that the color of clothes of goalkeepers predicts the result of the match, in last night’s match, clothes color of French goalkeeper is black, which is more advanced than the advice of blue, which is the color of the clothes of the goalkeeper of Portugal. Though these explainations are not out of science, they reflect the fullness of the language of Chinese!

What can i do now?
Everyone has the trouble at various time.
I can not remember how many times i have thought over this question, what can i do?
Italy has defeated the Germany, at the same time worldcup match is not played each evening, and there are totally only 3 matches left, so much time is left, how can i deal with it?
i want to buy some stock, but this decision is limited and affected by the use of money and quick leaving from changsha, so i hesitate whether to buy some stock or not.
though i have those things to think over, i do not stop my process of study, i read books on investments, on technology, and i think that all i do now is the preparation for the future development and investment.

What is wrong with the worldcup?

In the past matches of the worldcup, those teams who played with more art are removed from the match ground, those who are not to our apetite are kept on the ground, what is wrong with this time of worldcup?
Argentina is beat by Germany, but in the past matches Argentina played well; Spanish, Hollyland, are all such kind of teams. England played bad in the past matches, but last night, it played better than Portgual, and Brazil is better than France in football, but Brazil failed to enter one quarter match, what is wrong?
at the same time, FIFA is also surrounded by scandal of money, and most angrily, officers refused to answe the questions of journalist of BBC, what is wrong?
i do not what is wrong with world cup and FIFA, and this has greatly affected my interest and enthusiasm of watching match, i will decrease the times of watching games of FIFA, and wait for a good end of all those troubles.
