Five unique habits:
1 Like reading in the toilet:

in the past, I finished reading the "Gone with the wind" in the toilet which cost me about three months;

2 Like call others after drinking alcohol: this habit makes girls think that I am drunk when my words were not fit to accept;

3 Like listening to music with loudspeaker, not headphones;

4 Like reading tips on the net, do not like to answer them;

5 Like drinking HuoXiangZhengQiShui:

because i always believe that only pills with bad taste are efficient to the body; and the other reason is that this water contains alcohol!

How can you give me such a bad room!

Everyone want a place to live in without interruption from others, whether it is large or not.

Now in my college, this requirement faces difficulty.

Four Dr. back, including one who has been married and had child, are set to the same apartment which has only three rooms, and opening the window, you can not endure the taste of the large dustbin downstairs, the room can also be shined by the afternoon sun, and it is on the toppest floor, which means that in summer you cannot live in without air-conditioner. At the same time, they make us sign to accept before seeing the department, without any knowledge about the department, we are oblidged to sign!

Now, you know, how these officers fool us, those Doctors!

How to be a good teacher?-Listening to new teachers

To be a good teacher is a hard task!
I felt this point deeply this afternoon.
It is a meeting for new teacher to display their skills of teaching for the coming classes for students.
Two guys gave lessons in the classroom in front we teachers, they gave a nice speech, but there still are some points waiting to be improved.
There are also some reasearches on the net in countries outside China, such as the educator and philosopher Parker Palmer, he said words below:
"Good teaching isn't about technique. I've asked students around the country to describe their good teachers to me. Some of them describe people who lecture all the time, some of them describe people who do little other than facilitate group process, and others describe everything in between. But all of them describe people who have some sort of connective capacity, who connect themselves to their students, their students to each other, and everyone to the subject being studied. (1999, p. 27)".
Some people also gave some rules for people to be a good teacher, they listed as below:
• have a sense of purpose;
• have expectations of success for all students;
• tolerate ambiguity;
• demonstrate a willingness to adapt and change to meet student needs;
• are comfortable with not knowing;
• reflect on their work;
• learn from a variety of models;
• enjoy their work and their students.
I think they all are right, it is difficult to judge who are right or wrong, just we have our own opinions.
In my opinion, to be a good teacher should obey below points:
1 Full of knowledge of relative subjects, not only the book, but also lots of the same kind of book;
2 Be careful: here i want to express the word of Yanjin in Chinese,each word you say must have a hard root and backledge, you should be responsible for you words in front of students;
3 Make research: if you do not do research, you do not know the latest results of the field, you cannot give those students a high level, the knowledge is old, though the principle is still acurate, but you should update yourself!
In a word, I am suit for the class of my department, I want a direction of research of my own!

Have a suit of uniform!

New clothes can always bring happy feeling to one!
Today is the second day of new semester, and i went to my offfice to see the head!
Wearing a new uniform, I am happy without considering what this uniform will bring us!
The thing i want to mention is that, They do not obey the normal time rule, they do not come to the office until 9 o'clock!

Blackberry or Treo palm?

Modern phones are not easy to be chosen!
This morning my friends and i talked about the choice of intelligent phone for almost half a day, and we can hardly make a decision to buy one, and at last we decide to buy in Beijing directly in the shop!
The cause of this buying is i have more than two cards, which make me uneasy to frequently insert them into my Nokia phones!

Common life of a little clerk

People of different social classes will meet different results when they have love affairs outside marriage.
This time, i went back xi'an, and heard one piece of news of our previous clerk responsible for issues of post-graduates. When i was in Xi'an, he had unclear relations with the girls i knew, and i got the news that he had been captured by her wife with a femal student in his home.
And now, he has left our college, and been divorced.
But one leader as i knew, keeps a happy life all through these years, and has kept lifting to a higher status.
This is the difference.
Lastly, I want to mention that we men should be reponsible for our home and family!

Meeting with old friends from NUDT

Last evening, I went to the home of Li Bo, four of my old colleagues gathered there.
We all graduated from NUDT with Dr. degree, and we have the same ambition to do something!
The only shortcoming of this time of gathering is playing poke, and I think that we should spend more time on discussing the future direction or technology innovation, but we played poke until midnight!

Mother and girl

Mother loves child, this is a constaneous truth.
After growing up, child always is unpatient about the mouth of mother, so keeping a happy relation all over the years is not an easy thing.
Yesterday I went to Ginwa supermall of Xi'an, in front of the building, Philip is making an activity of selling and marketing, what i paid attention to is not the selling behaviour, but a little girl and her mother!
Obviously, the mother is coming there to bring the girl home, since the activity has not been ended, so they have to wait...
The girl is beautiful, and has a proper decoration, which is suit for the selling behaviour, she is active, sometimes she is busy talking with colleagues, sometimes she introduces the new types of products, and when she has free time, she would run to her mother, and talk to her, if her mother is not in her eyesight, she will look around to find her. When she is talking with her mother, if someone is coming to talk to her, her mother will say hello politely to the guest, then stay aside, sliently, staring at the talk between her girl and the guest, with an eyesight containing warm and love, these actions reflect that the mother also has high education level and is a woman who is beautiful and knows how to decorate herself.
All things seem to be too fit.
Having coming out for more than 10 years, i have not had such a close touch with mother after entering college, i admire such communications very much.
When I get a wife, I hope her and her mother can have such a relation.

Each city has the beautiful side of its own, Xi'an is not an exception.
With one of my old friends in the bachelar period, I climbed up the center tower of Xi'an, where i have not been since I came to this city in 1995!
Standing before the fence of the tower, you can see the continuous flow of cars, those beautiful lights, just like a river, gives you a feeling of properity!
I have become more and more like this city, though i should go, should leave!

Reading "Sleepless Silicon"

Reading report named "Sleepless Silicon" gives me more impulse to run to Beijing.
The report describes the true life of the Youth of Silicon valley, they dare not to sleep, they are afraid that when they are sleeping, chances will be missed, discovery will be grabbed by others, and products will be not able to be sold anymore, so they always go to sleep after 2 o'clock in the early morning, and they keep on thinking, once they have some new idea, they will run out of the bed and write it down!
Things Chinese engineers and entrepreneurs lack are such things, the power or impulse, the diligence, if we want to develop our country faster, we should have such power to work, back a step, if you want your future be brighter, or your enterprise larger, you should do according to this.
Some may say that i do not have the job i am interested in, i do not have the power. No, this is not the answer, this can be not used as a bright excuse, Qiaobushi(in Chinese speech, the originator of Apple company), told us that if you have one job you have interest, just devote youself into it and do it well, if you haven't, you should not stop finding, be diligent, just find,you can succeed!

Wake up early, otherwise, the punishment is no food

Hard thinking can bring richness to one, but it can also bring hungry feeling to him.
Last night, several questions circled my head, and did not want to disperse easily, one is about the future, another is about future home, and the third is about the action at present.
After thinking them over, I came to know why some known persons cannot fall sleep for whole night. I also did not know when i went to sleep, the only thing i know is i woke up at about nine o'clock in the morning.
The result is, though my head is clear, there is no food for me, those shops having snatches have closed!
One thing to mention: When i wash my hair at night in Changsha, it will be very large in the next morning; but in Xi'an, the hair will remain the mode of last night. This is one thing i feel interesting!

Life is even and without interest, everyone should find interest for his own life!
In spare time, open the page of website of douban, a book-communicating place, find no new book or interesting topic, then close it, continue surfing and exploring the www, this is the description of my life of this afternoon, in different days, the processes are similar, no much difference exists!
When you have a calm heart, you can stay silently to look at those people who are busy, you can find how they become an animal without patience in face of those small issues, they seem to do some thing that is great and beneficial to the society!
So this is a time for you to sit down and think over some issues, without interruption from those useless things, or other people, or noises. Even you cannot get the idea or resolution for present issue, you can enjoy the feeling of thinking in a comfort atmosphere, just like sitting on the beach facing the blue sky and the sea!

Not all objects can be achieved!

No one can achieve anything he wants! I am not an exception.
The target of my trip to Xi'an is not others but holding the girl in hand, but now i gradually find that it is impossible to finish this task, reasons are a lot, including the temper, the living environment, and so on.
Ten years ago, i came to this city, and told the girl that i can lose all my own for her reason, she didn't agree to me! And ten years later, now, i said the same words to her, she still refused me warmly, different time, same result!
May be the thing you want most is not fit for you, you also have the chance to face the proper one for your left life!
Romance may have end, but roses will still flourish next year!

Be a teacher

Next month I will be a teacher completely!
Be a teacher in an unknown college may be not a profitable thing, but there will be large parts of spare time, and we can do something after work!
I will teach my student neatly and patiently, and try to be a good teacher!
Next week i will go back to Changsha to mail my materials, such as clothes, books, and so on.

What can we do everyday?

What can people do when there are not too many things waiting to be done?
When you feel you have nothing to do at hand, you should think over this question, and find an answer for yourself!
1 Try to find one thing that has beautiful future prospect;
2 Do everything that are profitable;
3 Take care of your money, both in the stock and fund market;
4 Have a happy life, be confident, do not lose yourself in face of difficult situation;
