Book: Growth is more important than success

It has been a long time for me to stop reading a book until finished.
Yesterday I met with such a circumstance, the book "Growth is more important than success" by Ling Zhijun gives me such a feeling again.
This book is about how to cultivate the child, and is targeted for finding the reason guys in Microsoft are smart, what is the difference between their cultivation and other common ones.
This book also described from two sides, the Chinese methodology and the foreign one, presents a difference between them two.
This book is written mainly for parents, I think.
As parents, you should read the book, and set up yourself as a model for your children.
