China is about 20 years behind the U.S. and Russia

As the world can see , China is developing fast towards a bright future,lots of people rush to China to dig money!
But what on earth China is now? Its technology is also developing quickly?
I think this question can be answered by foreign countries, a report "China Tests Anti-Satellite Weapon, Unnerving U.S." answers this question.
The report said that China has successfully carried out one anti-satellite weapon recently, this raised the attention of the world, but China has not displayed any information publicly and privately.
From this report, what can we see?
China is enlarging its military fee? China is to be a powerful military country? I don't agree to this point, to your surprise, I look at this report from my own viewpoint.
The report said that in 1980's the U.S. has tested the anti-satellite weapon, China tested such a weapon in 2006, the time gap is more than 20 years, how miserable it is!
China's technology is lagged behing that of the U.S more than 20 years, this point cannot be ignored by anyone.
China's technology will never to threat any country, and should develop faster to keep pace of the world's step.
