Teaching skills have been improved

After several weeks of teaching, my skills of teaching have been improved. And at some points, I paid some attention, such as the talking speed, the clearance of pronounciation, and notice whether the students are listening.
Being a good a teacher is a hard thing, is nearly an impossible task for a young teacher. Those students have a poor knowledge background, so I cannot teach them any formulars, the only thing I can tell them is concrete things, such as the equipment, the high-technology informations, I told them all I know, so now I had to search the world wide web to find materials to use in the classroom!
Wish I can be experienced the next time I teach the same lesson!
