Run or riding bike

Modern society raises people's requirement of body health.
People choose all kinds of training measures, such as swimming, running, riding bicycle, climbing mountains, and so on.
I like to run each morning for about half an hour, because if I buy a bike, no place is there for me to set the bike at night; another reason is that I feel calmed if I run, because my feet can touch the ground actually.
My friends, I wish each of you cultivate the good habit of training your body.
