I do not master investment

People always learn things with a process with fall and lift.
I feel so in investment.
In these days, I find that I have not mastered how to invest, though I have gained some money in the past half year, when the stock market is like a cow and lift upward.
Today the index is increasing, but I do not have any stocks to sell, and I can do nothing, the only thing I can do is waiting, waiting for those shares I hold to increase and gain me money.
It seems that I have to read the book "The Intelligent Investor" of Grahalm again, since I want to increase my FQ(Financial Q).
