This winter is a bit cold

Maybe the winter is going out of our sight, maybe the cold winter has just began, whatever the time is, it is cold outside.
Before 2007, the winter had been very warm for several years, we did not need to dress too much during the winter, but now, it is on the contrary, I dressed on cotton shoe, but my feet were still hurt by the coolness.
