Dongzhen came to xi'an

Old friends should get together at least one time per year.
Yesterday Dongzhen came to xi'an, lao zou, jianping, and I went to dine out and sing. For at least 12 months we have not seen each other, except I meet lao zou each week, we had a good chat, and we can ask eachother many things about project.
Now, brother-colleagues are all have good results, some went out to the society, some stayed in the university to be a teacher, and others went to Beijing to pursue the life they want.

房子终于快完工了

从十一月份，到现在，已经将近两个月了，人也都累的差不多了。
可幸的是，房子也快装完了。
等装完了，漆也刷完了，下面的工作就是装木地板啦。
对现在的房子有几个不是特别满意的地方，记在这儿，对大家、对自己都是个警醒吧。
1 房子装修设计不合理：没有打掉进门后右边的墙，也就是没有把现在的卧室当作客厅，显着空间小；
2 门锁不理想，不能用钥匙反锁；
3 厨房不应该吊顶，特别是这种过渡房。
看来，有些经验教训只有自己亲身经历才能铭记在心。

下雪了，好大的雪！
在长沙呆了四年，没有到过零下，没有见过象样的雪，现在，又见到了久违的这些。
好漂亮，我从装修的房子出来，去市场给晚饭买火锅料和青菜、豆腐等。
走在大学中，看着大家都在低头急匆匆的走，一个人，大模大样，很有成就感，同时想象就要在外面下着雪的窗户内吃火锅，我就感觉好温馨，好浪漫。

For several days, I am busy attending all kinds of meeting, and I had to watch my house being decorated.

I have not written blogs and notes for several days, the surface reason is having no notebook, but under the surface I find that I am lazy, both in writing and thinking.

Hardly find any interesting book to read

After exploring books on the internet for at least one day, I can hardly find many books to read, just like what I have done at the end of 2006.
And lastly, I choose three books, one is on java, one is about financial management, and the third is how to make research.
And among these three books, the second one is bought for my wife and me, it is about how to manage your own financial condition, and it is most useful during the cow condition of the China's stock market.

开始装修房子了

房子,人栖息的地方,是需要好好经营的.

Long time no see

简单归结下面几点：
1 要有上进心：做事要考虑周全，不能总是说白干不要钱，要象个生意人；
2 不虚伪：不抽烟就是不抽烟，做事做人始终要如一；
3 不能急：要想办法解决，而不是神经质，乱发脾气，成熟稳重一些；
4 出去应酬要尽量带老婆：这样才能有一个坚强的后方，有利于人向前冲；
人要提高的方面很多，遇事还是要多思考，沉住气。

去延安，连结婚的人都不能幸免，第一天结婚，第三天就要去延安，应该让领导在蜜月里面去训练，在洞房里面虚脱之后去走路去延安。
连人的基本生活都不能保障，领导还是不是人。

Learning driving is still in progress

The society is so complex that the complexity has been inserted into each field.
One example is the situation in my learning of driving.

近来几个方面感觉有待进步

1 在灵活性方面:脑子还是有点灵便,看来任何时候都得笨鸟先飞,提前思考啊;

到底该不该吃猪肉

这年头的猪，能把人给烦死。
猪肉价格一个劲的涨，但你啥时候见薪水涨过？
上周买了三斤猪肉，竟然花了40元，猪肉是不是准备和黄金一比高下啊？
不吃猪肉。
不吃猪肉，还有一个别的原因。
从纽约时报上看到，据说四川很多猪得了某类不明瘟疫而死，还在头条，我很想知道这到底是不是真的，但是国内媒体根本没有任何报道，在这种情况下，在无人可以信任的情况下，远离昂贵而又不明不白的猪肉吧！

读本新书：资本暗战

好久没有读新书了，也好久没有到新华书店楼下转转了，在被Radar2007折腾了一晚上和半个上午之后，收到回信，心里面的石头才落下来，所以来新浪读书看一看。
这本书，迎合了现在社会上资本市场呼风唤雨、乾坤大挪移的故事和传说。的确，这本书也是以讲故事的手法讲述了一个又一个商业、官场和资本的故事。
故事还算吸引人，虽然列的基本上都是干条。
看起来不算太乏味，但也决不会第二次拿起来。

了解却不理解

一直因为感觉自己英语还不错，所以一直有些自以为是。
这些自以为是的表现是看东西只看原版，从不看翻译的版本，看新闻只看纽约时报，听新闻只听BBC。
给别人讲自己学习心得时，也以自己在大学期间阅读过一些英文原著而骄然自得。
但是，今天看纽约时报的时候，我发现了一个问题：
对于英文材料，我了解却没有理解。
也就是说，在看完这些英文的最新材料时，我了解到了有什么，但却没有理解这些东西，也没有对其进行反复的思考，和自己所了解的东西进行比较。
我现在才理解到，如果没有理解，而只是了解的话，跟看看花边新闻一样，没有任何含义，不可能帮人进步。
这样，还是坚持以前的习惯，每天针对自己看的英文新闻，写一篇读后感或者评论。

很有新意，这本书，其实就是找准了间隙，实现了不对称的创新。

各国都有豆腐渣工程

正如混沌一样，万物之间都有一些共同的规律。
豆腐渣工程的存在也不例外。
正如纽约时报所报道的“An Interstate highway bridge in downtown Minneapolis loaded with rush-hour traffic dropped more than 60 feet into the Mississippi River tonight”，现场虽然伤亡不多，但给很多现场亲历者以一生难以忘怀的惊悚。

It is not always true for one person to display his own real knowledge.
And I think that knowledge is not used to display, but to improve oneself, or teach others.

中国网站缺乏社会责任感

随着社交网络应用的普及，越来越多的孩子开始在网上开设自己的博客，与同龄人分享自己的喜怒哀乐，交流感受。
但是，国内的博客服务提供商却忽视了一个问题，他们没有给予未成年人开设博客足够的关注，孩子们经常不经意的在博客里面暴露出自己所在的学校、班级，乃至上学放学的行走路线，而这一切却可能成为一些不法分子实施犯罪的依据。
相比之下，国外做的要好得多，MySpace网站直接禁止14岁以下儿童开设个人博客，14～15岁儿童开设的博客被自动设为保密级，仅供被允许的朋友观看。
在这一点上，国内这些还在炒作博客几点零概念的网站们就落后了一步！
什么是社会责任感？这就属于社会责任感的体现。

好久不读书，从此乱读书

很久没有进过书店的大门了，也很久没有翻起非技术书籍了，感觉自己已然有些空虚和贫乏。
午休起来，昏昏沉沉，打开sina的读书网站，看看有什么新书，随便翻翻，权当一种放松。


无论是政治，还是经济，都大有文章在里面，或许我们看经济方面的书应该以多看英文原版为主，但是政治不是这样的，中国的政治可是有着自己特色和鲜明道路的，中国的政治是中国的一大文化！
还是那句老话“一天不学习，赶不上liu shao qi”.
(后记：写完博客，翻翻第一本书，才回想起来，这出版社和作者还真行，外面炒作驻京办的问题刚过去不久，书就出来了，不佩服不行啊，不过也可惜了，这样的书能有什么样的质量啊！第二本书就不说了，垃圾！)

When I ate, my roommate called me and told me that our house was filled with water, and my room was in the water.
I ran back quickly, and found that my slippers and newspapers were all on the surface of the water.
I spent about one hour on cleaning my room.

Long time no singing

It has been a long time for me not to sing in KTV.
Singing loudly is one requirement of people's lives, people should relax through this way after certain period of working ,learning, and so on.
Yesterday we went to the kTV.
Although I was very glad, there were too many MaiBa(those to control the microphone all the time), there is only one chance for me to sing, the only song is "LangRenQingGe"(Song of the Wanderers).

刚刚看别人的博客时想到的，为什么人家钱就比我们多呢？
我想了几点：
1 现在不都连民工在节假日加班都大幅提高加班费了吗？每个人的工资跟他工作的时间人多少有着非常直接的关系，你看春节的时候，除了站岗放哨的士兵外，就是这些演员了，人家士兵都能被电视采访，你说这些演员的工资能低到哪儿去呢？
2 人家好歹是有一技之长啊；
3 个人的收入跟对你的关注程度有关，关注你的人越多，你的收入就越高，这是个永恒的真理，除了是冤屈以外，所以君可见那芙蓉姐姐一代又一代，满怀激情上台来。
要想有钱，你就在别人都休息的时候也工作，你就实现了一半了。

BlackBerrys is going into China

Before, we are not able to buy blackberrys from the normal market, but even we buy one, we cannot receive and send email through it, since the wireless service providers do not provide this service.
Now Blackberrys is approved to enter the market of China(BlackBerrys Approved for Sale in China), what will happen? can we use it to send and receive email then?
I wish this would happen.
Another factor i will consider before buying blackberry is the price. If the price of sending and receiving each email is too high, i would rather using my PC rather than blackberry, since I do not have any emergent task, if my friends want to find me, email is not necessary, they can call me or send me short messages.
Wait, and see.

How to learn English

As an elder, one may have more experiences than those young ones.
Yesterday I was invited by others to tuitor a high school student to learn english, I want to conclude here my experience of learning english in the past years.
1 Pay more attention: if you want to learn english well, you can learn anywhere, such as, when you play game, you can see words "brake","turn right""exit", and so on, from seeing more, you can learn more; at the same time, you can try to speak out each thing you see, thus, your ability of expression can be enhanced.
2 Writing: each day you should write several sentences or at least one paragraph, use the simplest words you know to express what you want to say.
3 Reading: read more, not only the book, but also some interesting newspapers, TV programs, and so on.
4 Time: you should allocate fixed time for learning of english, you should keep this as a habit and stick to it.
Lastly, if you study deep into english you will find it is very interesting, you will want to read more english edition books, and throw away the translated ones, just like me, read through those english edition books in the library of my college.

一周没午休，本周继续

从小养成了午休的习惯，不午休就狂打喷嚏。
上周被一个病毒搞晕了，这个病毒在装完系统时如果访问别的盘就会出现，杀毒软件就会忙于杀毒，而导致机子资源被完全占据。
上周不知道这个问题，把杀毒软件备份在别的盘，装完系统就安装杀毒软件，这样，病毒就完全感染了。
今天终于知道这个问题了，用卡巴斯基暂时解决了，没有再次重装系统。
下次，我就直接重装系统，然后直接上网下载杀毒软件。

eBay重返中国网上拍卖交易市场

这几天，想在网上买块表，很多人都对我表示了担心，说是有的机芯被换掉了，我纳闷不是有评价可以看出来吗？他们说曾经在eachnet上就发现过差评被删除的问题，说得我心里都有点发毛。
后来想想，买一块试试吧，不行咱就退货，要不就算买个教训，于是，我在淘宝上买了两块表。表还没收到，真假有待进一步验证。
昨天刚在网上买表，今天就看到纽约时报上讲eBay重返中国网上拍卖市场。
这令我想起来前一段时间eBay在中国的狼狈退出，管理的松散，交易欺骗的控制不及时和不到位，导致大家都转向了淘宝。
现在这个世界第一又回来了，但是这马上又面临两个问题：
1 公司内部的管理能否严格，譬如，删掉差评这种不良行为是否会导致内部员工收到代价高昂的惩罚，这还要进一步看；
2 网上的交易欺骗能否得到控制，这一点可能从技术层面上可以做的更好。
不管是eBay，还是淘宝，我没有偏好，只希望都能够做好，互相取长补短，帮助建立一个健康、稳定的拍卖市场。

要是多一点上课的时间该多好啊

这个题目很二，估计很多刚参加完高考的弟弟妹妹们看了会把我拍死不可，但是，我真的想啊。
可是，你们知道我的难处吗？你们参加过上课时间很短、老师相当严厉、眼睛看看你让你几天惴惴不安吃不下饭去的考试吗？
我有，所以我希望多一点上课的时间。
我也一直纳闷为什么在学校读书的时候为什么从来都没有这样神圣的念头。
可是，现在，我是在学车啊！我可不想在拿照之前学不好，然后拿着自己的车练手，到处磕磕碰碰。
开车，实际上是个体力活，我就不懂那么多人为什么要去学车，号称有钱，就不要学车嘛！
我有个哥们，三十好几了，当年看破红尘步入佛门，后从少林寺回来，就开公司，买了几辆车，雇了几个司机，号称自己死活都学不会，看来会不会开车跟一个人的事业做的多大没有关系，因为，你会开车，首先就具备了作为司机的资格。懒人就会认为自己已经有工作了，不用在上进了，也就不会想开个车队什么的了。
看来，车还是晚学为妙，乃至不学都行。

The beautiful High Technology development district

Each city has some places that are beautiful and modern. Xi'an's such area is in the High Technology Development District.
This morning I went to this district to fetch some material from one of my best friends. When I got there, I found that there are no too high buildings, most of the buildings is below six levels, this gives me some ideas:
1 Most of the new start-ups do not have too much money to construct a skyscraper, so most of them will choose to build a smaller one;
2 This kind of scene is similar to the Silicon valley, lower ones are chosen;
3 This place is not like the business center of one city, the area is not so much limited, companies still have places to expand.
I like this kind of work environment.

Web video Kyte is funded by Nokia

After Google's investing in YouTube several months ago, Nokia now funds the video website www.kyte.com, which extends video contents from web to mibile phones.
The detailed number of money is not disclosed.
From the trends of the technology and consuming, all work can be done on the mobile phone, and at present, reading books, playing games, GPS, as well as a little and a smart YouTube, can be integrated on a small phone.
Now what we do on our PC once is shifted to the mobile phone, there will be a large market.

I have two cars expected

I will buy a car in the next few months, one of the above two will be chosen.

重读《家》《春》《秋》

人对某个事物的认识会随着个人阅历的增长而有所不同。
以前看这三部书的时候，总是为大家族里面的明争暗斗捶胸顿足，为某个人因这种勾心斗角而得到的下场而扼腕叹息，但是，实际上却很难体会到这其间的复杂。
近来，我又拿起这几本书，又翻了一遍，就像看王家卫的电影一样，我联想了很多，不止包括自己所受到的，也包括自己所听到的、见到的。
一个大家族，就像一个完整的社会，社会中形形色色的人的不同在这里也会体现地淋漓尽致。有的人为了自己的利益而借用关心的名义达到自己的目的，有的人表面上是在关心你，实际上内心有自己的小算盘。实际上，就像电影里有正反角色一样，在一个大家族里，每个人也就不自觉的担当起正面或反面的角色。
但是，邪不压正。
只要我们坚持自己的原则，每个人都尽最大努力去相信、支持对方，并且小心对待那些反面人物，就一定可以获得胜利。
当然拉，那些反面人物，或许是暂时的，或许只是为了自己的利益而战，所以也不能完全称为小人，但是，每个人在说话做事的时候，都应该考虑一下自己是不是已经站到了人民或者真理、道德、良心的对立面。

Today's topic is back a car

Driving maybe a tiring thing, and learning driving is not an exception.
When I learned reversing a car, my left foot couldn't feel anything after reversing for more than half an hour.
The point I am required to learn is half move(in Chinese: Ban Lian Dong), when the car is trembling and moving forward slowly.
Now we can drive in the city, and the achievement is slow and steady.

Reading book in the book store

A good habit should be kept, and a bad habit should be removed.
I have a habit of reading books in book store for several hours one time, this habit has been stopped for a long time, today I took it again.
In the morning I read books in the foreign book store at the Bell Tower, those books cover the area of investment, setting up own business, techniques, and so on.

俩招儿，一是接着吹，我吹不动了给你吹，气越来越多，皮越来越薄；二是钢针一扎。俩招儿后果一样。有人不这么想，非说用针扎破比吹破环保，更有利于和谐社会建设。还到处宣传，瞧，我扎的多及时多三个代表多八荣八耻多JB漂亮。

漂亮个JB，纯粹是俩JB熬汤一个屌味。

如果非要找出不同点，那就是吹炸气球倒霉的只是接最后一棒的那个小傻冒，而扎破气球肯定会炸伤一群大傻逼。

所以，做气球生意的行规是，只能告诉买主别吹了再吹就炸啦，而不能上去一针，替天行道，否则生意没的做了。这种人卖气球你买啊？

国外做气球的生意人严格按规矩办事，国内则喜欢扎针，卖气球的喜欢扎，卖气球的爹或是爷也喜欢扎，"你这气球太大了，要炸了。"上去就一针。完事儿还说，你看这下好了吧。所以国外气球生意总是在曲折中发展，国内只能等上一波大傻逼死光了再做下一波生意，所谓轮回。

随笔

以前读书的时候，对于什么人民开城门欢迎闯王、老百姓夹道欢迎解放军的情景描写有些不理解，今天下午起床之后，我才真真切切的体会到了这种热泪盈眶的感受。
中国的股市，帮助我学习了语文，重温了历史，对我们国家再次充满了信心和支持。
下午，14:10起床，老时间了，每天都这个时间起床，但这次起床不一样，这是一次有着经典历史意义的起床。
睡前我没有关电脑，股市行情就那么打开着对着床。
一睁眼，电脑屏幕是红的，我的心一下子就激动起来。
因为，这次股市的上升行情标志着我第一次连续四天跌停经历的结束，同时也标志着我心理素质的一次锤炼。
我热泪盈眶，结束了每次下午起床后看着股票麻木不仁的表情。
不扯了，该干吗干嘛去了，朋友，你也是，忙点有意思的事情吧！
最后请记住一句话：远离毒品，远离股票。

股市下跌，正好静下来读读书

股市火的时候，大家都进去了，证券公司大厅里开户的人排成了长龙。
股市不火的时候，是牛市，大家就都在紧张的关注，如果不是牛市，则证券公司里连个股民的影子都没有，有的都是证券公司的工作人员和空旷的大厅，偶尔的回音让人更加的感到落寞。
前一段时间股市快要火起来的时候，我进去了，开了个户，人不算多，也不太挤，中间去过一次证券公司瞎转看到人声鼎沸，空气混浊，无法忍受，没有莫大的热情，在里面是无法忍受下去的。
从上周末开始，股市每天跌停，我也一直忙自己的事情，没有出去看看，只是偶尔看看网上的消息。
在宿舍里，虽然外面温度很高，但是我崇拜“心静自然凉”，所以，也不觉得热，看看书，看看纽约时报的网站，思考思考经济、政治和技术，仿佛又重新找回了昔日平静生活的影子，估计下面几天，我也有时间穿上牛仔裤逛逛书店，拿起久违的技术书籍，上QQ和老友们联系一下，不管在哪个海角还是天涯。
股市大跌，刚好坐下来读读书。
人生都是轮回，忙一段，闲一段，品位不同阶段的人生。
这也是人成熟的过程。

Do not guess what others think

If you do not know what others think, do not guess, just do what you regard to be right.
This truth is fit for this stock market.
The financial department first declared that it would take no action to control the stock market, but just after a few days, several actions were taken, this quickly led to sliding down of the stock index for more than four days.
Keeping sliding down for more than three days have not happened frequently before, maybe individual investors have felt insecure towards the stock market, so they run out quickly.
I do not think like other individual investors, since the moment I devoted my money into the stock market,I have prepared for the sliding down, I think with the development of the Chinese economy, the stock market is going to be a cow market.
As an individual investor, I do not know what the government think, and I do not want to know, what I can do is just hiding my stock shares, and gain money in a long period.

Some government officials have declared that there would be not bad news for the stock market, but they told the news of the bad news first to the social fund, then declared the news after the social fund has sold out its stocks.
This is not the correct action of a government of honesty.
In fact the real idea is that the government is of honesty, but some officials are not, so they should be fired.

Learning is an interesting thing

Learning is an interesting thing. Learning of driving is not an exception.
Today is the second day of my learning driving on the car, after having learned start and stop last time, this time I learned start and stop, increasing speed, decreasing speed gear, running 8 figure, as well as how to drive on complex highway.
I have made several mistakes, such as running to the wrong direction, shutting off the engine, and so on.
But I enjoy the process of learning how to drive, though my neck cannot turn after driving for several hours.

This morning I went to see a friend, who opens business company, he is mature, smart, and knows lots of social relations.
I met with a problem, and I met with him to find one solution, now the result has not come out, but I know all things should be solved smoothly.
Be a man, and be a mature man!

第一次动车，熄火五次

好开心啊！真想对这老天喊，终于通过了理论考试，可以上车了。
今天就是第一次上车。内容：起步。
zk在路上开的时候，我在后排坐着一直叨叨个不停，因为他刹车和起步都有点猛，搞得我不是扑到前面，就是躺倒在后面，整个一人仰马翻。
不过，到我开的时候，别的时候还好，如启动和刹车有时还是可以的，只是老是忘了踩离合，结果不到两百米的路段，熄火五次，并且有几次停车的位置非常不准确，有一次还冲到了前面。
经验总结：
1 踩刹车先紧后松；
2 刹车时一定不能松离合，不然容易熄火；
3 起步时轻松离合；
看来真的是闻道有先后啊，让我慢慢跟着老师傅学吧。

Not so satisfied with my score of driving

Simply, I do not like a low score, such as I got last day of the driving theory, 92, just 2 more than 90 which is the lowest required score.

人生考试何其多

人生的考试何时是个头啊？
自从毕业之后，我就以为只有我考别人的份，没想到还要受别人的考，不管考试严格与否。
看“上班这点事”，看到职场的朋友们为了具有更好的竞争力，所以去考各种各样的证，什么英语证书啊、计算机证书啊，等等，不一而足；目前我正在学驾照，今天上午去参加了驾驶理论考试，竟然要九十分及格，强的很。
其实，倒过来想想，人生中有很多挂羊头卖狗肉的考试，虽然不是名曰考试，但是比考试更严格。相亲难道不是一种考试？在会议上发言难道不是一种考试？
考试，没有让人舒服的。
看来，真的是：人活着就是为了含辛茹苦！

境界决定高度

经历决定了境界，而境界又决定了高度。
今日在网上胡逛，看到好几个证券行业的牛人或者领军人物都是曾经在股市中大起大落的角色，这其中就包括荷银中国的女老板。
所以我一直在思考，对于一个在股市里初始一帆风顺，辉煌至顶，而最后又一败涂地，回归一穷二白的人来说，这种经历会帮助其提升到什么样的境界。
也许这就像曾经从死亡身边擦肩而过的人一样，对于生命产生了与常人截然不同的认识。
我看自传，名人的自传，更多的是看这些重大事情对他的影响和意义，而不是那些花边新闻或者如何自我奋斗。
看别人的路，探索自己的路，也许这可以作为我的行动指南。

你想做富人还是穷人？

这个问题的答案应该是无庸置疑，每一个人都不想当穷人。但是，要成为富人就要拥有富人的心态，那就是不要听人忽悠。
富人从不会听人忽悠，或者被人忽悠，他们总是要当头。
真理可以应用在任何地方。在证券市场里面也是这样，这儿的富人就是各大投资机构，而穷人就是那些散户。现在的股市，散户具有很强的话语权，机构当然不乐意。
所以现在机构开始撤出，但是归根结底他们还是想挣钱的，因此，早晚他们会回来的。于是，在合适的时机他们会再进来，所以眼前，这些傻比们就鼓吹股市泡沫，放风说国家有什么宏观调控政策，或者暂时的撤出，他们的目的就是想让股市降下来，然后自己好以很低的价位进去。
股市，就是一个心理博弈的地方。
有人就会问了，这时候我们散户应该怎么做呢？那就是，不要上当，捂住！认清这些机构们的嘴脸，让股市慢慢涨，都保持一个平稳的心态，不要见风逃，也不要豪赌，注意控制风险。
记住：捂住，尤其是在下跌的时候。
再记住：不要听机构忽悠，任何时候，不管是牛市还是熊市。

Write a book for children

Writing a book for children if you have the ability. Each one have the responsibility of cultivating the children of our society. It is same as, if you see a child smoking in the street, you have the responsibility to prohibit his action.
Cultivating children is not the responsibility of one home, but the society!

One cigarette makes my throat terrible

It is hard to cultivate a good habit.
Since three months before, I have cultivated the habit of no smoking. This habit makes my throat not terrible any more even I shout to my students; When I dine out, no smoking allows me more time to eat the dish, so I now hate smoking.
Yesterday we wanted to light a mosquito-killer-aramaticness, without a lighter, so we use the gas to light a cigarette, and in the process I smoked a few times, just for the cigarette to burn more smoothly.
But in the second morning, my throat was not comfortable, so I knew that breaking a good habit is not acceptable if you want yourself develop each day.
From now on, I will not smoke any more!

IAC开展Ask Mobile GPS业务

IAC周五宣布针对旗下的Ask.com开展一项新的移动业务，旨在为消费者提供寻找好友、商店及在指定时间、指定地点的服务。
"Ask Mobile GPS"周五开始在网上提供服务，下周将会通过无线运营商提供基于移动电话位置的服务。
目前这项业务针对Sprint的七款话机每月收取$9.9的费用。IAC还计划将这项业务扩展到其它的电话运营商，同时将为用户提供更多的免费服务。
我对这个有两点看法：
1 这项业务既可以针对移动电话开展，也可以针对固定电话开展，也可以针对用户指定的位置开展；
2 电脑、网络、电话和GPS相结合，绝对是大势所趋。

Now the Spring tea has come to the market, but the price is too high, my colleagues at Fujian told me that it was hard to buy good and cheap tea.
Now two ways to get rich: open a palace for drinking tea, the other is to open a tea store, I think in the future I will open one of them two, because drinking tea is an art of life.

技术新贵如何买保时捷

人人都想发财，技术人员也不例外。
晚上，搜索跑车的时候，看到硅谷里高科技公司外面停着的保时捷turbo跑车，那是相当的帅！
看到这些跑车，我除了有一点点的羡慕之外，更多是意识到：跟着别人干，不可能有这一天，只有自己出来干，在中国尤其是这样。
创业是实现自我价值、实现生活富裕的必经途径。
另外一点，致富与发展靠的是创新，不是硬干。现在很多程序员满足于编编程序、干好本职工作，殊不知却狭窄了自己的知识面、没有了创新的意识和动力，这样下去人就废了。
人废不废不是看别人给不给活干，而是看自己有没有自己的事情做。
现在很多领导说，你不好好干，我就不给你活干，慢慢我就把你给废了！
其实他大大地错了，没有人愿意跟着你干，如果你是这种心理，没有人愿意跟着你干，除非这人贱！
人，一定要有自己的想法，不然，可能真的不如一条流浪狗活着好些。

Today's trip to CaoTan

Just pictures here, because I am tired.
Here we have walked about half of the trip, not too tired, but the rain has made our clothes wet, and the wind made us not able to endure the cool!

After a rest, we went head again, now we were going to enter CaoTan, which is about 2 hours distance to our target area.
Lastly, we got to CanTan target area, and all of us were tired.
This is the first time for me walk such a long way, wish it useful for my future development.

Tomorrow I will go to CaoTan

When you do not want to do something, it is probable that someone will force you to do some tasks you unlike.
Tomorrow I will be sent to CaoTan to see our students to implement tasks.
I wish it will rain in the morning, but I know that in Xi'an it has not rained in the morning for many years.
So I have no hope of raining, so I have to keep a pleasure feeling towards this task.
And when I come back, I will post those pictures here.

Run or riding bike

Modern society raises people's requirement of body health.
People choose all kinds of training measures, such as swimming, running, riding bicycle, climbing mountains, and so on.
I like to run each morning for about half an hour, because if I buy a bike, no place is there for me to set the bike at night; another reason is that I feel calmed if I run, because my feet can touch the ground actually.

了解孩子们喜欢什么

人，总要老去，总要和下一代之间出现代沟。
但是，我们还是要了解比我年轻的人们，因为世界归根到底是他们的。
现在的年轻人喜欢的几点，我自己有一点体会，全搬到这儿来了：
1 喜欢小帅哥，小美女：比如现在的好男儿，现在的小孩子已经越来越有鉴赏能力，已经从那种男不男、女不女的超女里面出来了，这也是我们感到欣慰的一点；
2 唱歌再也不含混不清了：周杰伦刚出道的时候，那些歌如果你不看歌词，实在是不知道他唱的是什么，搞得很多人还以为自己老了，听力不行了呢，不过还好，现在小周唱歌口齿清楚一些了；
3 有一定的虚荣心：说好听了就是爱美之心，人皆有之，要么就是每个人都向往美好生活，或许这一点会成为年轻人不断向上奋进的动力和源泉吧；
4 脾气比较大：现在的小孩大多是独子，在家里的地位是无庸置疑的，最差也是个小皇帝或者小公主，这个问题其实不怪孩子，要怪也该怪大人，明明就是大人惯的嘛，如果有一天你儿子倒过头来打你，你也不用伤心，因为，这都是你种下的花结下的果实。
说了这么多，俺其实还是很喜爱小孩子的，没有一点个性的人，没有人会喜欢。

I am afraid of going out at holidays

Holiday is not a good time for people like me who have enough time to go out!
Since the first seven-day holiday in 2000 I went to the TaiBai mountain to see snow, I have not gone out for more than 7 years, the reason is the process of that time of travelling is unhappy, we took part in a travelling party, so we couldn't control our time, and the people were so many that at most places what we could see was only heads, all kinds of heads, big or small, with black hair or colored hair, too little place was left for the scene, from that time, I made up my mind not to travel in such public holidays.
I have summer and winter holidays, the time is enough, I need not to hurry out, I can plan slowly and completely, then go out in those holidays.

Choose between two places

Both Qinghai lake and Guanshan prairie is beautiful, now I have seven days to relax, which place should I choose? 数字NBA与篮球Google

NBA已经越来越数字化了，精确到了每一次组织进攻和防守，甚至于你可以象使用google一样搜索每个感兴趣的视频片段。
这种视频搜索功能是由phoenix的一家叫做Synergy Sports Technology的公司提供的，创始人是前微软工程师，该公司致力于为NBA教练提供某一方面详尽的统计数据，举个例子，如果要防守Nowitzki，就需要研究他可能采用的进攻方式，刚好，这家公司提供自Nowitzki98年入队以来所有的进攻动作，这样我们就掌握了他所有的进攻方式，成功的阻拦他的进攻就变成了一件相当容易的事情。
这大大提高了NBA的战术研究水平，这是NBA军事战术研究的一个飞跃。
由此，大多数的教练都成为了这家公司的客户，这家公司也由此获得了“篮球Google”的美誉。
到这个赛季为止，Synergy的客户已经由NBA的四支队伍变为了14支。
同时Synergy提供了所有视频片段均可使用ipod下载的服务，于是有个球队就为每一位球员配备了ipod，使任何一个球员都没有借口不在赛前看视频片段。

M.I.T招生办主任辞职

有很多事情都是有历史渊源的。
早上起来，第一件事，打开纽约时报，看到一则新闻：麻省理工的招生办主任辞职了，理由是自己的当年找工作的时候用的学历证是假的，在麻省工作了二十多年，终于攒足了勇气，自己出来承认这个问题。
看到这条新闻，我并不惊讶，因为，在多年以前我读围城的时候就知道国外有好多卖假文凭的，方鸿渐的克莱登大学的学历不就是这么搞来的吗？然后我又经常收到垃圾电子邮件，给我提供买文凭的各种优惠，不知道这位主任是受了方鸿渐的启迪而去造假呢？还是自己就产生了这个创意。
不过，话说回来，假的，那也是个文凭啊：），有需求就有市场啊！

检查过后，身心疲惫

检查过后，精神亢奋，躺倒床上睡了一觉之后才发觉自己四肢无力头发晕。
想不出来为什么我每天锻炼身体却还碰到这种情况。
想起来在射雕英雄传里面黄蓉她妈背九阴真经的片段，才想起来应对昨天的检查我付出了过多的精力，当然了，结果也还是不错的。
看来这个五一节我要用来好好修生养性啦！

我不喜欢周末，因为不能炒股

我不喜欢周末，因为不能炒股，因为炒股真的是一件非常有意思的事情。
赚了钱，由于没有看到现金，所以不舍得花钱。
亏了钱的时候，虽然没看到手头的现金减少了，但是心在流血啊，好痛好痛，更不舍得花了。
于是，在股市中，赚了钱就可以当作一种谈资，赔了钱，就多了一个控诉的话题。

Are you a lucky guy too?

I am lucky, I know this, and I kept it as a secretary for more than ten years.
Ten years ago, that was 1997, when I was still a sophomore, I was chosen to join the test of the first time of Bachelar Evaluation of the Education Bureau, the reason was that my student No. was the one those professionals wanted.
Now ten years later, Bachelar Evaluation comes again, and I am chosen again, the only difference is that this time I am a teacher who will stand in the classroom to teach those young guys.
I think this is a good chance for me to improve my skill of teaching and also the ability to communicate with those high rank officials.

思考的乐趣与不能思考的苦恼

思考，是永远也不会让人失去兴趣的活动。
下午，独坐于书桌前，预习与熟练通信原理的授课，这是为应付周三的检查而准备的。
好累，疲于应付检查，被迫干一些自己不情愿的事情。
闲暇之余，靠在椅背上，双手勒住后脑勺，突然间，我感觉到了一种前所未有的失落和迷茫。
看着窗外阴郁的天空，听着那瑟瑟的风声，我突然想起来，自己已经好久没有思考了。
每天疲于工作，应付上课，参加各种无聊的会议，处理各种关系，感觉和猪的生活并没有太大不同。
如果非要找出一种不同的话，那就是，猪是在不停的吃啊睡啊，而我在不停的瞎忙。
不知什么时候可以再次找到读书期间那种入定的思考，我很怀念那时叼根烟在楼道里踱来踱去的日子，也很怀念那些从思考中获得乐趣的时光！
但那一切都在风雨中随着时光的流失而逐渐离我远去！

Recently I am a bit busy

People live in this world to taste kinds of trouble.
This famous sentence is true, I am now busy, just same as when I am still a Doctor student.
Work, living, circles, each thing need me to use my head to think out a way to resolve it. Those problems are whether I should travel in the Five-One festival, when I should take part in the training class of driving, lots of small things, I am a little busy!

从百度的李彦宏，到盛大的陈天桥，由地产界的许容茂到家电连锁的黄光裕，中国近年来出现了太多的财富故事，这大大激励了中国人自己创业、自己投资的热情，人们意识到不创业是无法成为亿万富翁的，所以，大把大把的人涌进了股市，现在中国大陆的股民总数已经超过了9千万户，基本上是每十来个人里面就有一个炒股的。
做官的风险太大，目前来看，说不定那天就给投进局子里去了，而经商多好，赤裸裸，什么地方都用钱开路，都是钱说话，不用老那么当孙子被成天骂来骂去，做商人辛苦是辛苦，但活得自在。
很多中国人都已经想清楚了这个道理，成天给人当螺丝钉，到最后还会因为锈掉而被换掉，唯一可以做的就是去当那个把别人当作当作螺丝钉换掉的人，也就是老板。
当然了，当老板之前需要首先通过当当螺丝钉来熟悉一下业务，当然你的志向决不能只是如此。
记住了，当老板时，要么很富，要么一穷二白，但是不当老板，你决没有暴富的可能。

When can I buy a house and a car?

When it is deep at night, I always sit down in front of the window, with a cup of tea in hand, look outside of the window, just think about one question: When can I do things I like?
And now, the question is more practical: when can I buy a house and a car?
Now I have little money in the bank, some of them is thrown in the stock market, some is thrown in the fund market, and others is in the flexible bank account, if we add them together, I can still not able to buy a house without lending from the bank!
Buying and selling some stocks can help me get some little profit, which is only about the fee for food of each month!
But I know that the inside feeling should keep calm and smooth first, so I think I should do and master thing first, of course at the same time, make some investment!

People should pay more attention to the growing up of college guys

I cannot understand the China's stock market

The stock index is so high, next step which direction will it go?
I am not clear, but I know that there are lots of danger, we should be careful and careful.
Last time after the Industrial Bank got a price more than the City Bank, the index fell off about 100 points, my fund also fell off nine percent. At that time, money was enough, people were running into the market, but the market clashed, this time, the index is too high again, will it clash again?

跨国公司入住中国 如何少交学费

中国经济飞速发展，世界各国厂商都瞄准了这个蕴含巨大潜力的市场。但是，市场份额的占据不是那么轻而易举的事情，大多数来华的跨国公司都付出了一定的学费。
很多跨国公司到中国来都有水土不服的问题，原因有很多，在这儿我提醒几点：

限期六个月 欧盟内航空公司要么遵守要么面临惩罚

在全球航空业不景气的大背景下，欧盟正在逐步加大对受到航班推迟和取消的乘客的利益的保护。欧盟各航空公司及各成员国将有六个月的时间用来选择是服从欧盟的该项航空法规还是接收制裁。
这项决定意在保护那些拒绝登机、航班取消、长时间推迟以及involuntary downgrading等等。这项立法在两年前已经生效，但由于各航空公司的不愿响应而迟迟无法得到有效贯彻。
自2005年2月份到2006年9月份，欧盟共收到航空乘客投诉18，000多起，其中仅有14％得到了圆满解决，这更增强了欧盟要整顿航空业、贯彻航空法规的决心。
不同的航空行业协会针对这项法规表现出了截然不同的态度，在这种巨大分歧之下，只有欧盟自己出面来摆平了。于是，欧盟决定将会派出官员到各大机场巡视，了解对法规的执行落实情况，在下面的六个月内，欧盟还将与各成员国的执法机构展开会晤，解决乘客的投诉和法规的贯彻落实问题。
同时欧盟还宣布，如果上述举措无功而返，将会单方面强制执行贯彻该航空法规。

Fund and stock, which is the better investment measure?

I used to buy and sell stocks, which helped me get less than 10,000 yuan, but now, I wonder whether I should buy stocks or fund.
Last year, my colleagues bought fund and gained more than 100,000yuan, which is far more than I have earned in the December of 2006.
So, I think that what I should do is to enhance the entrance of selling stocks, one yuan, this is the new principle for me to sell the stocks, and at least holding cannot be less than one month, unless the gain has agreed to my gaining threshold.

俄罗斯发卫星 挑战卫星导航领域美国霸主地位

冷战早就淡出了人们的视野，但是，俄罗斯和美国这两个打过之间的竞争从来就没有真正停止过。目前，俄罗斯正在加紧完善自己的导航卫星系统，与美国的GPS系统展开竞争。
到年底之前，俄罗斯宇航局计划发射8颗导航卫星，从而接近完善其自主导航系统－Glonass，也就是全球导航卫星系统。该系统计划覆盖俄罗斯本土及部分亚太相邻地区，然后到2009年覆盖全球，与美国的GPS展开全面竞争。
其实不只是俄罗斯在尝试打破美国在导航领域的霸主地位，中国早就发射了北斗（Big Dipper），欧盟也一直在研究Galileo系统，只是由于赢利性问题而暂时搁浅，相比之下，俄罗斯的导航卫星研究在政府石油的补贴下一直没有间断。
卫星导航系统应用很广，不止包括人们通常知道的为农业提供服务、为旅行者提供路线信息等，它还可以根据用户位置在手机屏幕上显示附近商家的广告，譬如说，用户经过星巴克或麦当劳时会收到相对位置信息。当然，最重要的是它的军事用途。GPS在20世纪60年代装备美军部队，并在1991年第一次海湾战争是成功引导完成了一次精确制导轰炸，这次轰炸也刺激了GPS在商用领域的发展。
为了能够在日益壮大的卫星导航市场分一杯羹，普京每次出国访问都不遗余力的推介本国的Glonass。
自93年开通GPS民用服务以来，GPS设备的销售一直不错。2006年全球销售达150亿美金，并且还在以每年百分之二十到三十的速度增长。
其实各国建设自己的卫星导航系统还有一个很重要的原因－因为，现在美国一家独大，若是在关键或危机时刻美国关闭GPS信号，将来就什么生意也做不成了，战争也没法打了，这句话虽然貌似夸张，但是却从一个侧面反映了人们急于掌握自己位置信息的迫切心态。
不过，要覆盖全球，也不是一件容易的事情，至少要有24颗卫星才可以覆盖全球，这还不包括轨道中空闲的、备份的卫星。
目前，俄罗斯科学家推出了一款M－103双系统接收机，这种高精度装备在理论上比GPS接收设备更可靠。它还附带了一个韩战时代的对讲机，重约1磅，售价为$1000，不带显示屏，并且必须和一个插在地上、张开的锥形天线配合使用。
也许这就是俄罗斯Glonass系统的一个缺点，没有手持版本的设备。
俄罗斯的设备以体积大、笨重但是性能可靠、稳定而著名，但是要想在商用领域一展伸手，没有手持设备是不行的，并且随着现在私家车辆的增多，这种手持设备或小型车载设备的需求肯定会大幅度增加。
也希望中国的北斗能够在中国的商用领域，至少，占据一定的市场。

可嗅出TNT味道的仪器

仪器可以象警犬一样嗅出TNT炸药的味道，你能想象得出来吗？
近日，MIT的化学教授就因开发了一款化学物质感应器而获得了价值50万美元的Lemelson－MIT奖励。这种Fido爆炸物探测器已经被驻伊美军用于探测炸弹。
这就是创新。
据我这个外行估计，这种仪器的原理可能就是利用炸弹可能散发出来的粉末来进行探测和辨识的，实际上就是一种成份监测器。

Book: New York Institue of Photography

Life is short, there are too many books waiting to be read, but I do not have so much time, part of my time has to be spent on preparing the class, some is devoted to programming with software and hardware, not too much time has been left for me to read some books freely!
But I love taking photos, that is photography. I will spend less than one hour each day on this book.Today I reviewed the book quickly, and found that it had given many examples and pictures, and the language is rather simple, in my viewpoint, it is a typical good book for learning photography!
